The AC/ DC charger of the electric vehicle can be used to charge the pure electric vehicle in accordance with the communication protocol standard between the non-vehicle conducting charger and the battery management system of the electric vehicle according to the GBT 27930-2011 and the connection device for conducting charging of the electric automobile in accordance with the GBT 20234.3

Work environment for wallbox charger:

1) Prevent rain and water from splashing, and avoid direct sunlight. It is necessary to keep away from the hazard source, such as fire source, combustible gas, rain, snow, salt fog, sand and dust,ect

Peripheral interface 

Input interface:

1)Input AC three-phase five-wire (L1,L2,L3,N,TE),Three-phase fire line(L1,L2,L3)No timing requirements,Arbitrary wiring. The grounding line (TE/GND) is yellow and green,No connection is prohibited.Voltage range: 380V±15%. 

Function and characteristics

1) Equipped with high-speed CAN network and electric vehicle BMS communication, it is used to judge the type of electric vehicle power battery, obtain the power battery system parameters, voltage, current, temperature and other state data of the power battery before and during charging, and complete charging control of the charger.

2) 7 inch touch LCD display, real-time display of the current power battery remaining power, charging voltage, charging current, charging remaining time, and charger fault state and other information.

3)Two buttons to complete charging (start/stop) switch and charger parameters Settings. Please refer to HMI section 6 for details.

4) Equipped with an emergency stop button, the DC output can be cut off in the first time in an emergency.

5) Air switch can cut off AC main input.

6) The connection between the AC input and DC output charging plug  and the charging machine is detachable connector, which is convenient to separate the input and output lines from the body and store them when the product is not used, and it will convenient to maintain and replace.

7) Generally, the charger can charge 10~15 degrees of electricity per hour.The car can be fully charged in 1~2 hours, and the minibus can be fully charged in 3~5 hours.

8) Please note that vents must not be placed toward the ground or blocked! The suggested placement direction is shown in the picture.
